Hi, I’m Stephanie— home is where the heart is for me! I’m passionate about real estate, home staging, and beautiful decor—helping homes shine is my happy place. After spending years in commercial real estate tech sales and corporate America, I am happy to be growing my own business doing what I love.As an empty nester, I’m loving life on 15 acres with my hubby and our four dogs. Proud mom to three grown kids, two sons and my daughter, a talented photographer and my business partner at The Polished Listing. When I am not polishing listings, you can find me on my porch, at Pure Barre, on the golf course or somewhere on a beach!

I love all things outdoors whether that’s riding horses, hiking, or being out on the lake!
